The noise level in the lobby lounge can sometimes be disruptive, making it challenging to have a conversation.

This hotel offers exclusive and luxurious amenities that met our needs. the indoor swimming pool was delightful, and we were impressed with the attentive service at the bar/lounge area. The private facilities in our room were outstanding, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area that offered a stunning view of the city. Cons: One minor issue we encountered was that the live music in the lobby lounge area was too loud, and it made it difficult to have a conversation. this was only a small inconvenience, and it did not outweigh the many positive aspects of this hotel.

The hotel had a decent breakfast with sufficient choices and the rooms were comfortable and modernly equipped. The location was close to a Carrefour hypermart and several Chinese hotpot and BBQ cafes, which was convenient for dining out.

The hotel was far from Shanghai city center and taxis ordered through the concierge tricked with the counter very often, resulting in overcharged fares. The air conditioning was not turned on and windows had to be left open for fresh air in the room, causing uncomfortable temperatures.

The hotel was extremely far from the city center and every time we needed a taxi, the concierge ordered it for us, but they often tricked with the counter and we ended up paying twice as much. the personnel did not warn us about this issue, so make sure to order a taxi and discuss the price beforehand.
